In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, authorities have registered 3,920 new corona infections since Tuesday. 60 of Covid patients are being treated in intensive care units nationwide. The seven-day incidence of new infections drops to 1,181.7, the incidence of hospitalizations in the state is 6.5.
The number of new corona infections recorded in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has increased by 3,920 cases since Tuesday (Wednesday 4:34 p.m.). This is 180 fewer cases than a week ago. The number of deaths is 2,096 (+7).

In the 6-11 year old group, there has 231 new infections, the incidence is 1,569. In addition, 191 young people between the ages of 12 and 17 have been infected in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, according to LAGuS. The seven-day incidence in this group is 1,694. The regional leader is the 12-17 year old group from the district of Ludwigstlust-Parchim with an incidence of 2,242.
