Blizzard Unveils Wrath of the Lich King Classic! -World of Warcraft classics

In addition to dragonflightalso announced Blizzard Wrath of the Lich King classic. On the Northrend side, we’ll have a chance to go there later this year!

Alliance and Horde heroes and heroines have faced evil in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, driving out the demons of the Burning Legion across Outland and waging a battle between the two factions without clashing to see that an imminent threat lurked above them on the vast frozen continent of Northrend.

In the dark citadel of Icecrown, the Lich King Arthas Menethil plots to take over the world, a project that threatens to wipe out all life on Azeroth. The heroes and heroines of both the Alliance and the Horde must stand against this evil being who dares to claim he is the only rightful king of Azeroth… and seeks to wipe out the living from this world.

By the end of the year, you’ll once again be able to explore the frozen lands, storm Icecrown Citadel, and defy the Lich King’s dark plans. Only the most hardcore adventurers will be able to challenge the Lich King and end his reign of terror in this new version of the 2008 expansion.
