… German arms deliveries

… the present situation

“The country does not defend itself with fists, it also needs weapons to (…) restore peace,” said Wladimir Klitschko. Vitali confirms: “Every hour counts!”

German politicians should finally understand: “We also defend Germany. Vitali doesn’t want to rule out the possibility that Putin could also use nuclear weapons: “We have to trust Putin with everything!”

…threat of attacks against kyiv

The Russians have meanwhile withdrawn from the region around kyiv, but they could come back, warns Vitali Klitschko: “kyiv was and will remain a target! It is now all the more important for the federal government to act, warns Klitschko: “How many people still have to die in Ukraine until heavy weapons are delivered? »

He also clarified that people should not return to Kyiv for now. “kyiv is not sure yet, we experienced it yesterday during a rocket attack.” He hopes: “Let’s hope that spring will come soon and with it peace.”

… his personal situation

“We cannot do well when there is war in our homeland,” says Wladimir Klitschko. “Perseverance is the key. We will stay in service until there is peace here.” Vitali Klitschko adds: “Of course I miss my family. My children call me, they text me to take care from me. They are very nervous.” And further: “But I have met children who can never see their parents again because they were killed.” He is “grateful” that his brother is with him, emphasizing: “Now we have to think about our cities, our country. This senseless war must end as soon as possible, and that also depends on the Germans.”

… the crimes in Mariupol

“People have no water, no food, no way out of the basement because they are constantly bombarded,” laments Wladimir Klitschko. the Location in Mariupol was “cannot be described in words, a pure war crime”.

… the debate on Ukraine Ambassador Melnyk

“The discussion between Sigmar Gabriel and Andrij Melnyk has a reason, and the reason is the war raging in Ukraine.” The SPD had “always supported a policy favorable to Russia” with “many different means, including Gerhard Schröder”.

When asked if Germany and the SPD have a problem with Putin, Vitali Klitschko replied: “Unfortunately, until today I have met so-called Putin sympathizers quite often.”
