details: The Latino Business Foundation of Silicon Valley (LBFSV), Excite Credit Union, and SOMOS Mayfair have collaborated closely for years and are committed to serving families and businesses across eastern San Jose. The three organizations will provide resources, programs, and training – including services that are easily accessible in language and culturally relevant to area residents, neighbors, and businesses. The three non-profit groups call the ground floor space: La Esquina de Quetzal (Quetzal Corner).

Quetzal Gardens is a mixed-use development built by Resources for Community Development, a not-for-profit development company committed to creating affordable housing and engaging the community. The project includes 71 apartments at affordable prices.
