Governor Greg Abbott today announced the statewide 2022 Governor Small Business Series that will be held in person in Laredo on Wednesday, September 21st. Business strengthening and development.
“Small business is the backbone of our economy,” said Governor Abbott. “Already home to 3 million small businesses that employ nearly half of the Texas workforce, our state is focused on developing an environment in which entrepreneurs can aspire, grow, and thrive. I look forward to continuing to work with small businesses and communities in every region of the state to make sure they have the necessary tools to success.”
Governor’s Small Business Series – Laredo, co-hosted by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Tourism in partnership with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Workforce Commission, provides Texas small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect with other business owners and meet experts who can share relevant and actionable advice Timely on many small business topics.
