FFVII characters Tifa and Aerith Bring Arts will also have NFTs


Square Enix continues to integrate NFT into its products, including shapes. The company has revealed and opened pre-orders for new Bring Arts characters from Tifa Lockhart and Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII. Both numbers will come with digital certificates that users can redeem on a specific NFT platform.

The Basic Version, which costs $129.99, will still include the NFT in the form of a digital Certificate of Authenticity. $159.99 Digital Plus Edition You will add a ticket with a code for a digital version of the figure, which can be viewed on the Augmented Reality (AR) gallery app. Users must redeem both the digital number and the certificate exclusively on the NFT Enjin platform. The shop pages for the numbers include disclaimer language that absolves Square Enix of liability in the event that the Enjin platform shuts down — a distinct possibility in the highly volatile cryptocurrency environment.

Both numbers will be released earlier in North America in April 2023. Japan will have them later – the Teva number will appear in the country on December 30, 2023, and the Ereth number on January 27, 2024. Although there are other numbers to bring in Arts Teva and Erith, these have Appearance based on Tetsuya Nomura’s original character art for the original Final Fantasy VII.

These are NFT-toting numbers for the two FFVII The heroines will follow the protagonist, Cloud Strife. Square Enix first revealed his number in July 2022. Pre-orders for both the regular and Digital Plus editions are still available as of this writing. The company will release the Cloud number in November 2023.

The new Bring Arts characters for Tifa Lockhart and Erith Gainsborough are modeled after their appearances in the original Final Fantasy VIIwhich appeared on the first PlayStation in 1997.
