Sending immigrants to Martha’s vineyard is considered ‘human trafficking’

  • Hillary Clinton said sending immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard is “literally human trafficking.”
  • Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent 50 illegal immigrants to the island of Massachusetts on plants.
  • Republican lawmakers are sending immigrants to blue cities after blaming Democratic politics for increased immigration.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has condemned sending planes loaded with immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.

The 50 immigrants arrived in two planes, on Tuesday, apparently in the direction of Florida’s Republican Governor, Ron DeSantis – inadvertently becoming pawns in a political game about US immigration policy.

“Some politicians would rather not just have a problem, but exacerbate it to literally human trafficking,” Clinton said during an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.

“I happen to think that the majority of Americans are still kind and generous, and when the people on their doorstep end up needy, they’ll respond. They’ll feed and house them, and the kids in the Associated Press will let the Spanish class out of high school so they can go and translate.”

Governor DeSantis took credit for chartering planes to take illegal immigrants to the island in Massachusetts on Wednesday in an apparent effort to force authorities in another state to take responsibility for them. The immigrants were primarily from Venezuela.

Martha’s Vineyard is an exclusive vacation destination where former President Barack Obama owns a vacation home, and Bill and Hillary Clinton often visit.

Taryn Finsky, DeSantis Communications Director, said: Fox News Digital The move was part of the Florida Resettlement Program to move illegal immigrants to safety.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Likewise, it implemented a policy to send immigrants from Texas to blue states.

Other Democratic politicians also condemned Martha’s Vineyard ploy, with Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saying it amounted to “crimes against humanity against refugees.”

The residents of Martha’s Vineyard seemed to unite to welcome the immigrants with the swift coordination of shelter, meals and health care.

Massachusetts Senator Julian Serre said: Martha’s Vineyard Times That move was “extremely disgusting”.

“This is a cruel hoax that manipulates families seeking a better life,” he said, calling it “essentially racist tactics.”
