Healey endorsed by the National Federation of Small Business (NFIB)

MORESTOWN, NJ – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Bob Healy in the US House of Representatives to represent New Jersey’s third congressional district.

The endorsement was announced at an event hosted by small NFIB affiliate Medford Heating in Medford.

“Bob Healey has experience running a family business and understands the challenges small business owners face,” said Elaine Kane, NFIB New Jersey State Manager. He understands the impact of rampant inflation and high taxes on small businesses and has vowed to focus on these issues in Congress. He also committed to opposing onerous regulations and supportive policies that would grow the small business economy. Bob Healy will be a strong advocate for small and family businesses, and we look forward to working with him.”

“We are confident Bob Healy will be a small business ally in Washington,” said Sharon Sosin, NFIB’s senior director of national policy. “He has first-hand experience running a family business and would be a strong advocate for small business policies. We are pleased to endorse him today.”

“I am honored to be endorsed by the nation’s leading small business group. NFIB represents hundreds of thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs, who I believe are the heart and soul of what keeps the American economy going. I am proud to belong to the ranks of those committed to expanding entrepreneurship and the private sector. My business background contrasts sharply with that of the incumbent, whose only work experience was in government. Representative Kim is a member of the House Small Business Committee, but his recent vote to add hundreds of billions in taxes to businesses shows why Andy isn’t an advocate for small businesses,” Healy noted.

The endorsement is issued by the NFIB FedPAC, the NFIB Political Action Committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members in addition to their membership fees. Decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed through a grassroots, member-driven assessment.
